We offer fully furnished studio apartments plus 3- and 4-bedroom apartments rented by the bedroom, ideal for co-living and shared living environments.

For 3- and 4-bedroom homes, you rent your private bedroom and share common spaces like the kitchen and living area with other residents.

Yes! All units come fully furnished, including bedroomfurniture, kitchen essentials, and living area items so you can move in with ease.

Yes; rent is all-inclusive. This includes high-speed internet, water, heat, electricity, sewer, trash removal, and more.

Amenities & Lifestyle

Shared spaces in roommate-style apartments receive bi-weekly cleaning services to help maintain a comfortable living environment.

Yes — high-speed internet is included as part of your rent.

525 LINC offers a range of lifestyle amenities, including a roof deck and outdoor patio, fitness center, work-from-home lounge and community kitchen, bike room and BlueBike station, EV charging stations and community car share, secure package room, and high-speed internet throughout the building.

RoomSync

No — many residents use our roommate matching platform, RoomSync, to connect with compatible roommates before move-in.

After your application is approved, you’ll receive access to RoomSync where you can match with future roommates based on lifestyle preferences.

Resident Resources

Yes, our resident portal lets you pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and access community updates anytime. 

Rent can be paid easily online through our secure resident portal using a bank account, debit, or credit card.

Lease renewal notices are sent out before your lease end date, and renewals can often be completed online or in person. 

Location & Neighborhood

Yes — nearby grocery options include Star Market, Trader Joe’s Allston, Whole Foods Market Brighton, and H Mart Cambridge.

Maintenance & Services

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through our resident portal or by calling the office. For emergencies, our on-call team is available 24/7. 

Routine requests are typically addressed within 24–48 hours. Emergency issues receive immediate attention.
